Dr. Hartman has worked with first responders since 2017 providing psychodiagnostic assessment, treatment planning and administering evidence-based treatments. Dr. Hartman has also provided psychological assessments of possible police candidates to determine psychological suitability, as well as conducted assessments of police officers to determine if they are fit to return to duty.
