Constable William Davis is a nearly 20-year veteran of law enforcement, including eight years with Peel Regional Police, and a passionate advocate for mental health and officer wellness. Through his career he has remained committed to community engagement and supporting initiatives that strengthen the wellbeing of police members and the communities they serve. An avid endurance athlete, William has completed numerous marathons, triathlons, and Ironman events, using physical challenges to inspire resilience and perseverance.
For the 2026 Mississauga Marathon, he will run the full marathon in full police uniform while carrying additional weight to raise awareness and funds for Peel Beyond the Blue, which supports the mental health of police members and their families.
Having also previously raised funds through events like Gloves Up Toronto, William hopes this challenge will continue to spark conversations about mental health and encourage greater support for those behind the badge.
